1. Where are you from?
I’m from Austria and raised in Salzburg but I have Italien roots.
2. How old are you?
I am 24 years old my birthday is 16th of December, I am a Sagittarius.
3. Are you vegan?
I was vegan for three months in the past year. In the beginning of this year I started to incorporate fish and eggs back into my diet and a little bit of dairy, so I am no longer a vegan. There were many reasons why being vegan did not work for me and why I decided to incorporate more food groups back into my diet. If this is something that interests you I will go deeper into this in another blogpost.
4. What do you do for a living?
I work as a flight attendant on a private jet and I really love my job. I love to travel and I love the contact with people. It’s just awesome.
5. Do you wear eye lash extensions?
Nope, I am blessed with very long and dark eye lashes.
6. How often do you do cardio?
I do not do any cardio. I am naturally thin and my fitness goals are to gain muscle therefore cardio is counterproductive for me. The only cardio I do is when I stay in a hotel with just one stepper or one threadmill. This would be about 1 hour, 1 time in a week.
7. What do you typically eat in a day?
Well I eat Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and about 2 snacks in between every day. I make sure to incorporate all macronutrients in every meal (carbs, fats and protein). I usually have fruits, a salad, protein smoothies, nuts and seeds and some protein bars as snacks. I always carry some protein bars with me, like this delicious protein brownie or the vegan baked cookie from myprotein, because sometime I get hungry quickly.
8. How often do you train?
I lift weights 5 times per week, the other days are always different depending on how much time I have, sometimes I work out 6 days a week but i definitely need one rest day to recover. Check out my post of my current workout routine for more details.
9. How many calories do you eat per day?
I don’t count my calories at the moment. I try to eat about 2500-3000 calories a day, my goal is to gain muscle mass and of course I try my best that these calories mainly come from the good sources.
10. What do you eat before and after training?
This depends at what time I train. Usually I train in the evening, then I would have a meal with protein, carbs & fat.. for instance chicken with rice and vegetables and after workout a snack and a protein shake. This snack would be an oatmeal with fruits or eggs with avocado and bread.
11. What supplements do you take?
I use 2 different types of protein from myprotein. Sometimes I use the flavorless „Iso Pro 97“ protein powder and sometimes I use the chocolate „Vegan Blend“. I also drink Nocco, it’s a bcaa drink with a lot of important amino acids. They are very important for the muscle mass to grow. I also add a lot of superfoods to my breakfast smoothie bowl, however I wouldn’t necessarily consider them as supplements. I do not take any other fitness related supplements as I find that eating healthy, whole foods and giving your body time away from the gym is the best way to recover.
12. Do you have special exercises to train your abs?
No I don’t have. I train my abs about 2 times a week with different exercises. I do russian twist, sit ups, leg raises straight and lateral.
13. Do you have an addiction?
I’m addicted to bubble gum.. I know it sounds funny but I really love the different fruit flavors.
14. Something that you love?
I really really really love my puppies. I’ve 3 little dogs and only one which i bought. The other two are from the dog pound and from the killing station. I can’t believe that this sweet puppy would be dead If I wouldn’t adopt her. The names of my dogs are Sugar, Tinki and Bella.
15. Something that you hate?
I don’t like it when people talk behind my back or lie about me. Plus I don’t like it when people try to exploit me.. but I think nobody likes something like this.
