BANANA PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
• 1-2 scoops protein powder
• 6 whole eggs, 2 egg whites
• 1 tbs coconut oil
• 1 banana
• cinnamon
• stevia
chocolate sirup

PREPERATION

1 Preheat your pan

2 Mix the eggs, 1/4 cup coconut flakes, 1/2 of a mashed up banana and 1/2 tbs stevia in a bowl

Melt coconut oil in microwave and add to mix

4 Stir in flax meal and protein to a desired creamy consistency, then add cinnamon

5 Pour on pan and cook a few minutes on each side

6 Once all pancakes are made, slice up the remaining 1/2 banana and top the pancakes and pour it with the zero-calorie chocolate sirup

7 ENJOY!

 

PROTEIN PANCAKES

Gina-Whole-Wheat-Pancakes-4

INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup raw oats
• 1 scoop protein powder
• 3 egg whites
• 1/4 cup water
• baking powder
• cinnamon
• stevia
• fresh fruits
maple sirup

PREPERATION

1 Place all ingredients (instead of the fresh fruits and the maple sirup) in a blender and blend them for 30 seconds

2 Then pour onto a hot grill and cook like a normal pancake

3 Add some fresh fruits and pour it with the zero-calorie maple sirup

4 ENJOY!

 

BLUEBERRY PANCAKES

Whole-Grain-Banana-Blueberry-Pancakes-1-750x500

INGREDIENTS

• 1/2 cup raw oats
• 6 egg whites
• 1/2 unsweetened almond milk
• baking powder
• salt
• stevia
• 1/2 cup blueberries
maple sirup

PREPERATION

1 Put the egg whites, oats, baking powder, almond milk, salt & stevia in a blender

2 Blend for 30 seconds on med-high speed

3 Pour batter on the pan and add half of the blueberries

4 Cook like a regular pancake

5 Add some blueberries on top and pour it with the zero-calorie maple sirup

6 ENJOY!
