These recipes are without measurement, because all tastes are different. One prefers more honey and the other one more coconut.. so just try it yourself.

1 ENERGYBALLS WITH NUTS & COCOA

INGREDIENTS

• food spring peanut butter
• apple puree
• finely chopped almonds
• finely chopped pistachios
• grated hazelnuts
• grated walnuts
• cocoa powder

PREPARATION

1 Mix all nuts in a bowl

2 Put peanut butter in the bowl with nuts until it looks like a cookie dough

3 Add 2 tb of apple puree and mix everything well

4 Form little balls and dip them into cocoa powder

5 ENJOY!

 

2 ENERGYBALLS WITH PEANUT BUTTER, ALMONDS & CINNAMON

INGREDIENTS

• food spring peanut butter
• cinnamon
• finely chopped peanuts
• finely chopped almonds
• honey

PREPERATION

1 Mix all ingredients in a bowl and knead them well except the almonds

2 Put the mass for about 10 minutes in the fridge

3 Out of the fridge let the mass rest for about 5 minutes at room temperature

4 Form little balls and roll them into the chopped almonds

5 ENJOY!

 

3 ENERGYBALLS WITH COCONUT

INGREDIENTS

• food spring coconut oil
• coconut flour
• coconut flakes
• honey

1 Mix all ingredients in a bowl, the mass should be muddy

2 Put the mass for about 30 minutes in the fridge

3 If the coconut oil including the mass is tough let it again rest for about 5 minutes at room temperature

4 Form little balls and roll them into the coconut flakes

5 ENJOY!

  1. How much of the ingredients?
    100g coconut fluor and 100g coconuf flakes? Or what should I do? I cant test it by myself, because I cant.
